The road to a safe machine.
A guide for manufacturers and operators
Module 2: Fundamentals of Siemens F controllers
Module description:
The fact that safety controls are used more and more often means that extensive training needs to be put in place for the programmers in charge of F controllers to ensure that they can handle the variety of configuration options and the required techniques in a safe way.
What's more, knowing how to implement the required safety measures necessitates a basic understanding of Siemens F control systems’ flexible safety features, and how to apply them.
In this training module, you'll learn how to use these options efficiently. The focus of this session is on you as a participant. You will be taught what you need to know on a one-to-one basis.
We recommend booking Module 2 and Module 3 together to make sure that you can apply what you’ve learned, and expand your knowledge of how to put everything together in practice.
